We believe that each property is unique and therefore deserves its’ own customized maintenance plan. As such, pricing for our annual subscription service is based on a multitude of factors and is specific to each property. Our “Home Maintenance Essentials” bundled base package is the foundation of our annual service subscription. Additional maintenance services can be added on to customize your home maintenance solution.
